The homeowners  insurance company sends out an adjustor to review the claims. The Summit Builders Inc. project manager is onsite with the adjustor to advocate for the homeowner.

The adjustor confirms the damage and issues an insurance claim form, which is then reviewed by the project manager and homeowner to determine what best fits the needs of the homeowner.

Upon agreement of the homeowner, paperwork is signed and the project begins.
